Mind you, I have had nothing to eat since yesterday's lunch of V8.
Today for lunch, I had another V8.
I am not hungry. Not in the slightest. I am, however, desirous of food. That is, I desire to eat--though my stomach is giving me no signals that it wants food. In fact, quite the opposite. After a big swig of water, it's telling me that it's full.
But, my mind desires to eat.
I'm planning another excursion to the RecPlex for some sauna heat and swimming with the family. I might meet a friend there and do some cardio on the treadmills with him. Depends on schedules.
