Steamed broccoli, grilled Atlantic salmon, water with lemon. There was a tangy cream sauce on the plate that I sopped up with the broccoli and the salmon. I didn't eat the breaded cakes that came with the meal. I also had an appetizer of devilled eggs with a little sliver of bacon on each one and some tobasco sauce. Full tummy and full of protein and veggie goodness. :)
