Break Fast for Lunch

I broke my fast.

We have out-of-town co-workers in the office and I joined them for lunch.

I had a salad and soup.

Soup was broccoli and asparagus puree.

Salad was moroccan spiced chicken breast, romaine lettuce, almonds, dried cranberries, dates, carrot, eggs, cubes of squash and cubes of beet with a champaigne vinegrette (that I asked for on the side).  I dipped the tines of my fork into the dressing for my dressing flavoring.

I probably got a little sugar in this, but not even enough to measure with a 1/4 teaspoon.

I'm debating my future course at this point.

Easter dinner is looming...
