I had a lot of stress yesterday and skipped lunch. I drank a juice, but with the stress, I don't remember all that was in it. I had a lot of water--more than 75oz.
I didn't workout, but I did sit in the sauna for 25/15/10. (25 sauna, 15 cooldown, 10 sauna)
Keeping this post short today.
Have been researching fasting even more and have hit several suggestions for eating a meal with a lot of fat in it before starting the fast, to kick the body into action burning fat. Thinking about avacado and some grilled veggies in coconut oil.
