January 30 to February 9: Juice only
February 10 to February 19: Solid food (plant-based primarily)
February 20 to March 2: Juice only
If I break the 200lbs barrier by that point, I can have an "off the reservation" weekend that includes meat. (I might order some buffalo or beefalo for a very lean meat.)
If I don't break the 200lbs barrier, then I keep going until I break it. :)
