I'm trying to recreate a healthy version of my favorite dish and I need some suggestions on an alternative for one of the ingredients.
My "famous" beef stroganoff recipe can be adjusted to use more healthy elements.
Instead of pasta, I've ordered a "spirolizer" that creates long, stringy, noodle-like strands of zucchini and yellow squash.
Instead of sour cream, I can add greek yogurt.
Instead of beef, I can add chicken (or, in the future, grass-fed beef/buffalo).
Here's the toughest part: the ingredients that pulled it all together were Campbells Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken soups. How do I duplicate those?
