Yesterday for my juice:
1 handful (about a cup) of spinach leaves
1 lemon, peeled
2 golden delicious apples on the edge of viability
2 granny smith apples
1 handful (1 - 1 1/2 cups) globe grapes on the edge of viability
1 red bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 zucchini
3 carrots
4 stalks asparagus on the edge of viability
1 cup of broccoli stems
I tried to "use up" a bunch of stuff we had around the house that wasn't going to last much longer.
It was a sweeter drink than I was expecting, so I probably had too many carbs in it.
I drank about 40oz of water yesterday.
